Skating fun at Lock 3 Park

Anna and Erin enjoyed about two hours of ice skating Sunday afternoon at the downtown Akron Lock 3 Park skating rink. The temperature was in the 60s so it was a pleasant and beautiful day for skating--unlike last year when it was freezing cold.

Erin gets lead role in Annie

Erin Liggett and Hanna Horrigan were chosen for the lead in the musical play Annie which will be staged by the St. Paul School Drama Club tentatively in March. Auditions were conducted by Patricia O’Neill, the Drama Club sponsor, who will direct the play. Both girls will play the role of Annie in the St. :Paul adaptation.
